We are committed to ensuring that our webinars reflect the diversity of the communities and sectors we serve. We actively seek to include a wide range of voices, perspectives and experiences across our speakers, panellists and contributors.

In planning our events, we will make every reasonable effort to achieve diverse representation in terms of background, lived experience, career pathways and thought leadership. This includes working with partners and networks to broaden participation and visibility across underrepresented groups.

However, we recognise that due to factors such as availability, subject matter expertise and event timelines, it may not always be possible to achieve this across every individual webinar. Where this is the case, we remain committed to improving balance across our overall programme of activity and will continue to review and strengthen our approach.

Our aim is to create an inclusive platform that supports fair access to opportunities, encourages diverse participation, and reflects the breadth of talent within the energy and utilities sector.
